Work Christmas party for 140 people

11/12/20 		We have been tasked to do our own Christmas party for work this year. I have about 5 people helping me do this but not sure how much food to buy. We will have around 140 people at the party. Would appreciate your input. the menu is as follows
Appetizers
Sausage, cheese, and cracker trays
veggi trays
crab dip
Spinach dip

Main meal
Pulled pork
Sliced Brisket
Potato salad
cream corn
baked beans
cheesy hash browns
some kind of dinner roll
We will have plenty of drinks so not concerned with that. Any help you can give us on a,ounts would be great. Thanks
