I'm doing the food for our covid safe Christmas party this year at work. We work at a small hospital and the boss lady wants me to make enough for 80 people with out a lot of leftovers. The menu is Spiral cut hams, sliced brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, cheesy hash browns, cream corn, baked beans, and rolls. Could you help me with the amount of food I need. Thanks |
