We’re serving chicken Caesar salad with chicken not mixed in salad(on the side to add if they wish) for 60 ladies. Do I cut the serving of 100 in half or add to it? Will women eat that much or is recipe for mixed group? Also fruit trays. Do I double the recipe for 25? I’ll be using oranges, grapes, strawberries and blueberries.
