I was asked to cater a wedding for 300. The menu consists of: Stuffed pork loin with gravy Macaroni and cheese Baked apple cheese casserole Green beans with brown sugar and soy. Italian bread/butter
For the pork loin I’m planning on 150 lbs boneless pork loin. I will make a traditional bread stuffing. Could you please tell me your thoughts? This will be a buffet but I will have servers. |
