05/10/06 		Okay...So i'm also having roast beef which will be cooked and cut from where we are buying it...can you tell me how many pounds of Roast Beef I will need to feed 300 people...

05/10/06 		If this is served cold, deli sliced type, you want at least 5 ounces ready to serve per person, and I would allow 7 if it is self serve.
