Hi Ellen, I’m helping my friend prepare food for her daughter’s bridal shower. It will be for 60 guest (couples shower). Meal will be served at 6:30 pm Can you tell me if the amount looks right?
Taco Bar
Seasoned ground beef = 10 lbs
Seasoned shredded chicken = 10 lbs
100 flour tortillas
100 hard shell tortillas
1 large deep aluminum steam pan refrained beans
1 large deep aluminum steam pan Spanish rice
7 heads lettuce shredded
All the fixings (salsa, sour cream, olives, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, jalapeños , guacamole, shredded cheese and queso)
Fajitas = 10 lbs each = large shrimp, chicken and steak
Flour tortillas and bell peppers and onions
Quesadillas = 5 lbs chicken and cheese
Nachos and cheese. 2 large cans queso and 2 large cans nacho cheese
2 large cans black beans
5 gallons sweet tea
3 gallons unsweetened tea
4 gallons lemonade
