05/10/06 		Thanks Ellen I'm having hot roast beef dinner...so will be making gravy and the beef will still be warm....as per prev message on the roast beef how much for 300 people..

05/11/06 		Then the minimum I would go for is 1 pound raw boneless for each three servings- and that will not make a lot- 1 pound for each 2 servings/people will make a party size portion.
