I’m doing a bid for a gala for 100-125 guests.
Menu
Boneless chicken breast with natural brown mushroom gravy
Mashed potatoes or rice pilaf
1 veggie

This will be my fist large catering event and I’m just dropping off the food

I will be purchasing the food but don’t know how much food I’ll need nor how much to charge

I suggested rolls and salad but haven’t gotten a response

Can you help me also including menu that was asked and menu I suggested (rolls and salad)
