Hello I just got booked for an event buffet style party for 50 guests and I'm kind of lost on how much food to purchase to accommodate 50 people so here's the menu. BBQ Chicken No legs BBQ pork spareribs Fried Catfish Fried Salmon Bites Potato Salad Baked Beans with ground beef Rice Peas. Can you please help me out with how much do I need of each item.
