Hello. I am having a wedding with about 175 people. We are catering this ourselves. The menu will be bbq brisket, sliced sausages, potato casserole and greens beans with sweet tea. Can you help me out on how much food to get? I was thinking 10 13-16 pound brisket, 35 pounds of sausage, 6 gallons each of green beans, potato casserole and sweet tea. Is this too much or not enough? Thanks in advance! |
