Hello, We are trying to plan a dinner for 60-70, mostly men for a holiday dinner meeting. The guys would like:
Salad I am looking to see how much of each seems reasonable.
I will be prepping most of the food myself with several helpers. I plan to make the meatballs ahead, freeze and warm up day of. Same with sausage. |
