Frozen Pies

05/15/06 		I picked up a frozen peach pie at my local deli and it has no cooking directions on the packaging. It looks as tho the 2 crust latace pie crust has been browned and I can see the filling. But I'm not sure if the fruit filling has been cooked since it is still frozen. I'm not sure if I should bake this pie or thaw and possibly reheat. Any suggestions are welcome.

05/16/06 		Treat as a frozen pie from the freezer department such as Mrs. Smiths and use the same cooking instructions. To make extra good, before baking brush the top crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar and a dusting of ground nutmeg. use a cookie sheet ubcerneath, peach ies drip agrresively.
