05/31/06 		I'm having an engagement party which I expect 100 people. I need to know how many wings and chicken tenders do I need. Thanks.

05/31/06 		If you look at the quantities for 100 page and the appetizer page, that will help you. It also depends on the time of day. For a not-meal party, 2-3 wing pieces and 2 tenders is plenty, for a meal time party you could use twice that, depending on what else is served.

To reuce the amount of meat, serve one or two heavy dips such as chili con queso, bean dip, or spinach dip.
