How much pre-packaged food for 125?

06/05/06 		I'm buying prepared potato salad (in 4 lb. tubs) and cole slaw (in 1 lb bags) to feed 125 for a party this weekend. How much of each do I need?

06/05/06 		You want about 13 gallons total of both salads. I use 20 pounds of cabbage mix to make slaw for 100, so would use 25 pounds. I plan on 5-6 gallons of potato salad for 100, so about 7 to 8 gallons. If the 4 pound potato salad is about 2 quarts, that is 1/2 gallon, you can do the math.
