The best thing about rice bran oil is to get it HOT in the pan. It has one of the highest smoke points of any oil-490. By comparison olive oil is 360-so people don't crank up your olive oil or you will ruin it. Rice Oil is loaded with antioxidants and has gamma-oryzanol which is a powerful antioxidant and more active than vitamin E in fighting free radicals. I also like the way my food tastes-this oil makes frying a special treat. |
