Trying to make double strenght soy milk batches, with a soyajoy,I keep burning the milk if I let the batch go through a full cycle. If I pull the plug a little after the grinding mode(stopping the burn),am I risking something by not letting the batch cook? In addition to this,I am now squeezing the okara(through 2-1 gall. nylon paint strainers)by hand,I'm considering a micro stainless press I saw on a wine making supply site(also for cheese)what is your opinion?

I have found with my soy joy, that the heating element needs to be absolutely clean for each and every batch of milk. So make your milk, then clean the element with a "scrubbie" that won't scratch it be sure to get all the corners, etc... then add your second batch of beans and it should work! But you can't just make a batch of milk, add beans to it and then recook It will burn every time ( trust me on this sigh...)
