I am serving 60 people and the menu is Ribs, Chicken Leg Quarters, Whole Chicken Wings, Potato Salad, and Baked Beans. Can you give me an idea of how much I need of each of the items. |

Kino, Now that I have posted all my tables for quantities for 100, I do not do original estimates. If you use the tables to make your estimates, I will check the amounts for you. For 60 people, you use 2.3 the amount for 100 people and you will have plenty. But you have to decide, for example, what mix of meats you want; I can't estimate that for you. On the BBQ and brisket page, there is a thorough explanation of how I estimate amounts of various meats when you want to serve a mixed BBQ plate. The usual amount for potato salad for 100 is a recicipe made wuth 35 pounds of potatos to start. There is a whole page of recipes devoted to beans for 100 to help you estimate your beans. |
