I am involved in a progressive dinner - my portion is the entree. I have decided to make Baked Mosticholli (sp!?!?!) and Jambalya. I will only be serving this with rolls. How much should I make for 50 people? Help! Thanks. |

Are these two entrees? If so, I would make 1/2 and 1/2. That is, I would make 1/3 of the recipe for 100 for each, (or 1/4 of my baked mostaciolli and sausage for 120 recipe). You can freeze the extra from these dishes. |
