I have some soymilk I made 10 days ago left over. I'm wondering can I use it like buttermilk, or should I be on the safe side on throw it out? |

Not a good choice to use now. Soy milk (and pasteurized homogenized dairy milk) do not have the "friendly bacteria" that make "sour milk" safe and edible. Next time, freeze it if it is 5-6 days out, just use then for cooking. The texture changes slightly. |
