hi - i'm helping organize a fund raising dinner for our local little church that is way low on funds. we are having roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy and planning to have home made coleslaw and squash. the problem is that we aren't sure how many pounds of squash will feed 200 people! it's cheap and in abundance and not many people take the time to make it at home. do you have any ideas? thank you for your time, wendy |
