Anyone know a good pan for heating skim milk to boiling point w/o having a difficult mess in the bottom of the pan or a difficult cleaning job? |

For yogurt making, you do not need to boil; 160 degrees for 45 minutes is sufficient. Use a good thermometer. Use a medium heat. Do not use an aluminum pan. Any pan which has ever burned wil burn again. Rinse pan well with cold water and empty just before cooking milk or hot cereal. Don't know just why, but it helps. |

CORRECTION: that is 4-5 minutes NOT forty five. |
