how do you make mostaccioli for a crowd of 120 without it getting sticky? |

A few pounds at a time... Seriously,I use my baked pasta dishes such as the mostaccioli and sausage bake for 120 on the lotsa pasta page for large groups. The usual causes of stickiness are overcooking; cooking without enough water; reheating without the kind of prep discussed in the reheating pasta instructions; or boiling more than two batches in the same water because it takes so long to heat a new potfull of water. Read the suggestions for preparing bulk pasta and you can probably avoid sticky pasta. |

Margie, go look on the lotsa pasta page, and also any of the basic budget entrees can be made with mostaciolli as the pasta. |
