fruit platter help

07/21/06 		help! i need to figure out how much fruit to buy for an upcoming large wedding i'm "catering" for a friend. i want to have a fruit platter with: watermelon, cantaloupe, grapes, pineapple and honeydew. how many pounds of EACH fruit should i buy? i need to serve 500!!!!!!
