Baked potatoes for 200

08/20/06 		My husband is feeding 200 farmers and we're planning on making baked potatoes...but he's worried that they might have spots inside. We have already purchased the potatoes and sorted and hoping they are fine. First off..would you just bake them and turn oven down and let sit in oven? If so how long do you think 200 need to be baked...or would you have another alternative potato to feed 200 that would go with walleye?

08/20/06 		Deb, see the baked potato bar page for EVERYTHING you need to know, toppings, etc.- including how to keep hot without the oven for 4-6 hours. I always bake 10% above the number to allow for any bad ones. You will not be happy if you bake and turn down, and most ovens only do 50 at once.
