I am hosting a party for approximately 90 15-17 year olds and approximately 30 adults. My menu is as follows: Chicken Franchese, London Broil with Mushroom Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Rice and Shrimp Alfredo. Sides are corn and broccoli au gratin. Oh I will do 1 hour of light hors d's being fruit and cheese. I don't know how much chicken, london broil and fettucine to buy with this being a 3 entree buffet I am finding it very difficult to figure. PLEASE HELP! party is November 1, 2003. Muriel |

secret friend dinner I just was wondering how many pounds of potatoes I need to use for mashed potatoes for a group of 75-80 women. Also stuffing. I am making Roast Turkey, Mashed Potatoes and Stuffing for the meal. I am not in charge of the salad or dessert. |
