Italian cookies for wedding reception

08/24/06 		I am going to be making Italian cookies for a desert table at my son's wedding reception December 2006. There will be approximately 150 guests. I will be making many different varieties of cookies. How do I estimate a total number of cookies needed?

08/24/06 		Unfortunately, when confronted with many small delicious cookies, most guests take one of each, up to 4. So plan on about 600. Make sure you have one each of chocolate and any family specialty, then make the rest so the total comes out right. Most freeze beautifully and you can start now and freeze them.
