09/01/06 		hi again Ellen i went to the picnic and sandwich event planning page and it didn't help me what i need to know is how many ounces of meat per person and how many ounces of cheese per person for a midnight lunch if you could help me out that would be very much appreciated thanks wanda

09/02/06 		Gownups, allow 4-5 ounces deli thin meats and 1-2 ounces of cheese, depending on age and activity (people eat more after dancing than roulette). Teens, increase by 50 %. Most people prefer two smaller rolls to one very large one.
