deli meats for 60 people

09/04/06 		I am in charge of the deli tray for our family reunion, and I need cold cuts for 60 people. How many slices per person would be needed? There will be salads, veggies/dip, and munchies, along with desserts, buns and relishes. Any suggestions for meat quantities?

09/04/06 		See the picnics and sandwiches page table. I would use the self serve full meal amount, and get 2/3 of ther amount for 100.
