I need to make lots of rice

09/12/06 		I have a regular stove and oven but I need to make rice to go with 6 gallons of gumbo. Does anyone know how to make rice in the oven in a roaster pan? I do have a tall stockpot, but I have never made more than 2-3 cups of rice before at a time. Is this possible without a rice cooker? Thanks, Cindy

09/12/06 		See the recipe on the recipe box page for baked rice. Use broth or water instead of part milk. It is VERY easy to do this way.
