warm soy milk in winter

10/18/03 		I have soyajoy milk maker, and i ben drinking cold soy milk with hershey syrup and sugar. can this be drinked hot for the winter. the reason I ask is that I left a bach of soy milk at room tempeture wihch spolied it. thanks Jim

10/28/03 		Yes, soymilk is good hot! But just like dairy milk, it will spoil in about a day if left at room temp (particularlt texas summer warm,,,), especially if it starts warm! So refrigerate your soymilk, then make all the hot chocolate soy you want for the winter. Ellen
