I'm doing up cheese, meat and crackers and punch for 50 people for an afternoon wedding. This is to put out while pictures are being taken then im serving my cake. How much cheese and meat should i get. I plan on getting cheddar, onion, and marble cheese and polish sausage, kalbosa and summer sausage rings for meats. I have 4 varietys of crackers but not sure how many boxes i need total can you help me? Thanks Deb |

You want about 4 pounds of small crackers, add an extra pound ifthey are larger. Allow 2 ounces of cheese and 3 ounces of meat per person. |
