You can make rolled dumplings with any gluten-free biscuit dough. The Chinese mak all kinds of stuffed dumplings with tapioca flour and rice noodle wrappers. |

We can get it at all our natural foods groceries- Sun Harvest, Whole Foods, Wild Oats, etc. Also it can be ordered online if you are out in the boonies. |
