freezing and reheating cooked chicken

I'm wondering about making my own breaded chicken strips, breasts, and nuggets--do I bake them and freeze them and whats the reheat process?

Commercially, these are not cooked before freezing. Getting the coating to stick is the challenge- good recipes on the Freezer Friendly Group at Yahoo. If you use an egg dip, play it safe- use pastuerized (Davidson's) eggs.
