Church christmas dinner for 250 people

11/07/06 		We will be feeding approx. 250 (adults & kids) sprial ham (bone-in) candied yams casserole, frozen string greenbeans, cheesecake and pink lemonade. I have NO IDEA how much to purchase for each dish. Can you help me?

11/07/06 		Look in the Big Pots section for holiday meals, it tells about all the sides. The plan for 100 pages has measurements for ham. You can also trust the seller of the spiral ham (the specialty stores) to tell you how much you need.
