I need help making swiss rolls

I need help making egg-less swiss rolls....can you please give me the recipe to make eggless swiss rolls?....very time i make them they are over coockes at the edges.......therefore are difficult to roll......please help...its urgent.......tell me the temp...time...and the recipe

Swiss rolls are made from spongecake, which is an egg-based recipe- I have not seen one that is eggless- I will look at recipes.
In the meantime, for any recipe with this problem, there are a few pointers; get a smaller pan- jelly roll pans come in 5 or 6 sizes, you want one about 1 inch smaller in each direction. If you can't find one, increase the amount of the recipe about 10%, so you have mor batter. Spread the batter with a spatula so that it is a bit higher at the edges than in the middle. Turn down the oven 25 degrees from what you have been using, Move the rack to the top half of the oven. Good luck
