11/12/06 		Hi Does anyone have the details on how i can make a sponge cake in a square tin measurments 11x3.
Any help would be really appreciated.

11/12/06 		11x3 is a rectangular pan, 33 square inches. Pick a recipe with the pan size specified and figure the square inches. For example, 10x13 is i30. Divide by 33, in this case it is almost exactly 4. You would want 1/4 of this recipe for each 11x3 pan.

All my sponge cake recipes have the pan size listed.
