11/12/06 		Do you mean, a creamed corn casserole, or baked/roasted rear corn? If casserole, does your family prefer plain or with brll pepper and onion?

11/14/06 		creamed corn casserole. I know it takes milk, butter flour, etc.The question is, how much of each?

11/15/06 		You want 3 to 4 9x13 pans, depending on how many other side dishes. It takes 2 of most family recipes to make a 9x13 pan. I will post a page of corn and other vegetable side dish recipes Thursday so you will have some recipe choices.
