11/13/06 		I am marinating 40lbs of chicken breast in Zesty Italian dressing overnite. I need a good seasoon salt to put on chicken before the Italian dressing.

What is a good season salt.

I also need a good yellow rice recipe. Please provide me one..Thanks

11/13/06 		There are several rice recipes already posted. You can use one of the spice mixes from the pantry page- with the Italian dressing, you do not need additional salt. Or you can just brush on/ rub in a garlic or pesto paste.
