make my own VS buying pre-made

11/13/06 		If I can put in the time and effort, (with help from friends) can I save money by making party trays (meat, cheese, etc) myself or am I better off buying them pre-made?

11/13/06 		You can DEFINITELY save money making these yourself, usually about 50%.

11/14/06 		This site is a life saver! I had 2 surgeries since I orriganally planned this party and was begining to think I would have to cancel it. This has given me wonderfull informatioin and tips. THANKS
