We have a Cowboy Church and serve the Band and familys after the service once a month. For November I would like to make it a Thanksgive meal but simple. I plan on Turkey sandwiches, what else can I serve that would be simple for 30 people? I would like to make pumpkin pie a jelly roll pan and serve it in squares with whipped topping, is that possible? Help serving meal this Saturday. |

Yes, you can make the pie in a jelly roll pan, or 2 pies' worth will make a 9x13 pan. You want 4-5 pies worth. For the sandwiches, don't forget the mayo and cranberry sauce. You might let them make them themselves, good rolls, the condiments on the side. It is cold enough that you may want 2 6 quart crockpots of hot soup or any other hot dish as part of the meal. You also could serve hot cider as a drink. |
