How many lbs of cooked sliced turkey per person?

11/18/06 		For a holiday buffet, allow 1/2 pound per person. You may have some left, but people eat large aervings and seconds and you don;t want to run out.
A 12 pound turkey is very easy to cook and much cheaper...
