11/22/06 		Go, George! This streusal type topping is best made with real butter, dark brown sugar, mashed together about 1/2 and 1/2. A little cinnamon and mace or spice to your taste. Then an equal amount of the grain which can be flour, flour and oatmeal (rolled oats)or quick oatmeal or (yum) plain cake or cookie crumbs. Rube it all together very well. Sprinkle on the cake or muffin. Just depends on your taste and kitchen stock.
