Hi everyone I need some help. Once a month I cook for a local Homeless shelter. This moth I decided to do a chicken casserole the orginal recipe serves 4 with a cook time of 375 for 45 min. I am increasing this by 5 to serve 20 in one pan and will make several pans. How long should I increase my cook time? |

You will have the best result if you lower the heat to about 325 and approximately double the time. The larger, deeper quantity needs lower heat to keep from overcooking the edges before the center is done. To cook more than one pan at a time in the same oven, you may want to allow for another 1/2 hour. If you are happy with the result, please consider sharing the recipe. |

Thanks Ellen,I was going to double the time but keep the temp the same. I have been cooking for 20 to 30 people for some time now,but have steped it up to 70 to 100 and can use all the help I can get. I have some help from the church I attend but do it mostly with family and the help of God. Thank's so much. |
