Christmas Lunch

This coming Sunday, I’m going have a lunch with my friends (Puerto Rico style). I have a little big question: to serve 60 people what amount of the following food I need & what’s the recommend amount per person in ounces:

Roasted pork
Rice w/green beans
Pasta salad
Pastel (little ones, (They are like the Mexican tamale)

Any comment, Thank you in advance

12/06/06 		For the amounts of rice, pork and pasta salad, use 2/3 of the amounts for 199 listed in the planning charts in big pots, For the pastels allow at least 2- 3 wouldbe better.
