Hi, I really like your website and found it very helpful. However, I'm in a little bit of a quandry figuring out how much to increase a recipe for a Spinach-Artichoke dip to serve 150 people. The recipe says it yields 8 servings. For a normal recipe I would agree that a single serving could serve 8 people, but this is a dip, so I'm sure it probably can serve more, but I have no idea what to increase it to. |

You want 1/4 to 1/3 cup per person for an appetzer dip. Make a test recipe and measure it. |
