Hi, Jim, I would guess this is a hot beverage made by roast soy grits very dark and then brewing it like coffee, but this is not something I am family with- Ellen |

I roast my soybeans very dark at 375. Get them almost black. Cool. Put in coffee grinder. Make like regular coffee. Add a little salt or So Salt to it. Not coffee, but a good substitute. |

I want to add blends to my soy coffee, how do I go about doing that eg. french vanilla, hazelnut, almond and amaretto to name a few, I do not want any artificial flavors. |

Hi HW, I use extracts...not artificial flavors. Vanilla, Hazelnut, almond, etc. Sometimes, I will mix the soy coffee with decaff coffee. I just change around for different taste. You can add maple syrup for sugar (in my case, stevia) and have a great taste. Chocolate. Etc. Experiment...and enjoy. JJ |
