boneless rib roast

12/19/06 		I can't find a 10 lb boneless rib roast in my area. Can I cook 2 5 lb roasts in the oven at the same time? How to cook it?

12/19/06 		You need to go to a meat department with a real meat cutter and get this piece ordered. The 10 pound roast is a much easier to cook piece than 2 5 pounders. You can cook two smaller pieces at the same time, but it is much easier to overcook than the larger piece. By the way, a 12-13 pound bone in roast will be more flavorful than a 10 pound boneless.
