12/19/06 		You don't say whether this is dinner or appetizers with other foods. Please check the plan for 100 lists for sandwiches, appetizers, and the main list. They cover both meats and cheeses for the platters for various events. You want 3/4 of the amount for 100.

At least 3 coldcuts- I like deli sliced ham, turkey, and cotto salami- and 3 kinds of cheese- Swiss, cheddar and jack.
