01/03/07 		I am trying to figure out how much fajita meat I woud need to feed 200 people. Any suggestions?

01/03/07 		It depends on what else is served (rice, beans) and whether you fry/grill peppers with, but about 1 pound boneless ready to eat for 3 people will be a good amount.
