Party for 300, with full catered buffet dinner. Question about appetizers: Serving: Cheese and cracker trays, fresh fruit trays, veggies and dip trays. How much of each??? Thanks for your help! |

Assume 1 hour of hors d., you want about 6 litttle servings per person. 2 ounces cheese, do use some spreads and logs as well as chunks; 6 pounds crackers per 100 persons. For fruit and veggie trays, see the respective pages in big pots and you can easily do the math. |
